Customers in Greater Toronto Area, Barrie, and surrounding areas: in-stock items are shipped with a tracking number or delivered by us to your door within 24 hours. Local pick up is also available.
Customers in other areas in Canada and continental USA: All in stock orders are shipped within 24 hours with a tracking number.
No internationalist shipping.
BACK ORDERS
If you purchase an out-of-stock item, we will make a similar one and it will be shipped as soon as possible. All items are handmade, we can’t guarantee that a back ordered item will look exactly as original.
RETURNS and REFUNDS
All purchases are refundable/exchangeable within 7 days from the moment of delivery to you. Item must be in original conditions. Customer pays for return shipping.
